Any project no matter what size can lead to poor performance, wrong specifications, delays in project completion and ultimately increased costs.

Portman appoints a dedicated Project Manager to all contracts no matter what the size, to ensure a smooth completion of the contract.  On top of this our experienced field teams will have a nominated ‘on site’ liaison to deal with minor or urgent requirements as and when they arise.  This liaison ensures that responsibilities are met as quickly as possible and other trades are not affected or delayed and that similarly other trades do not negatively impact on our works.
